I am a qualified Nutrition Coach, a graduate of the Irish Institute of Nutrition and Health (IINH). I am passionate about all things nutrition and love working with individuals and groups to optimise health. Initial consultations allow me to gain in-depth knowledge on your current health, food preferences, issues and ultimate goals. In light of this I can prepare a tailored, unique programme that is realistic and achievable, making it easier to make life long positive changes that you will infinitely benefit from.

My 360 approach is not just around nutritious food, I also spend a lot of time looking at lifestyle and any factors that may be preventing you from feeling your best. I can devise eating plans for sporting activities and weight management. I look at current fitness levels (or not!) and make realistic positive step changes to your lifestyle, all the while motivating & offering tips and guidance along the way.

Did you know you could have the best diet in the world, but if you’re stressed, anxious or harbouring negative thoughts, your digestion and absorption of nutrients will be severely compromised.
I have completed a Mindful Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course as well as a Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) course which has taught me many useful tools in dealing with the stresses and strains modern society throws at us today. Nurturing the soul as well as the body will have a profound, long-lasting positive effect on overall health.
Burgeoning research shows that self-compassion is strongly associated with emotional wellbeing, better coping with life’s challenges, lowering levels of anxiety and depression, easier adoption fo healthy habits such as diet and exercise, and more satisfying personal relationships.
